When this guy got arrested, his mug shot went viral. It only takes a second to see why. This guy got facial tattoos that made him look like a permanent pirate! It does not help that the tattoos were not that nicely done.

As you can see, he has the star-spangled bandanna, an eyepatch, and a bandage on the cheek to cover up a battle scar to complete the look. Captain Jack Sparrow does not stand a chance compared to Pirate Sam!
