Worst: Carnival Cruise Line – Triumph

You read that right, Carnival gets a second entry on the worst list, this time with another Carnival ship named Triumph. In 2013 (yup, the same year too!), the Triumph lost its lights and air conditioning. There was also not enough food and water on board.

The toilets eventually stopped working too. And yes, it was another poop disaster as human waste started to overflow in the toilets. Since then, the Carnival cruise line became known as the Poop Cruise.
