Royal Caribbean, as a cruise line, is in fact one of the best cruise lines you can get. However, they end up in the worst category for one particular ship in their fleet: the Ovation of the Seas. As long as you avoid this particular ship, taking a Royal Caribbean cruise is fine!

The Ovation of the Seas joined the fleet of Royal Caribbean in 2016. However, customers started to complain about its small dining areas and average pool – a far cry from what you usually get on a Royal Caribbean cruise. The ship started doing cruises in New Zealand and Australia but since 2019, the ship only does Alaskan cruises now.
