Family Gets Back At Mean Grandma By Writing This In Her Obituary

A Big Family

Through their kids, the couple had a total of nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren – all born within her lifetime. Most of her family lived closed by and got to spend lots of time with June and Robert.

At the time of her death, another two great-grandkids were also on the way. You would think being so close to family and having so many grandkids, June should have been fondly remembered as a caring grandma but in fact, her obituary was quite the contrary.

Family Retreat

When not enjoying the sunshine state, the couple would head to North Carolina to their second home in the town of Murphy in the Blue Ridge Mountains, and they apparently visited whenever they could.

In 2017 Robert Jr. told News Channel 9, “Once my father retired, [he and my mom] would go up to Murphy pretty much whenever they liked to. They would go for a weekend in the winter.”
