HOA Does a Ridiculous Power Play By Suing Elderly Couple Who Did a Small Violation

Klaas and Dorothy Tadema were a couple who moved to a new community after losing their home to Hurricane Harvey. Hurricane Harvey hit Texas badly in 2017. There were 350,000 homes damaged and the Tademas were one of the families who had lost their house.

After this great loss, the Tademas decided it was time for a change. The elderly couple packed up the rest of their belongings that they had salvaged from their Dickinson home and decided to move to Lago Mar, Texas.
