The Tademas decided to do a little landscaping to give their yard some personal touches and some color. They wanted to turn their yard into a mini oasis that they can enjoy. They mowed the lawn, raked up the leaves, and then installed a beautiful flowerbed.

By March 2019, they get a knock on the door. And it was not a friendly visitor welcoming them to the neighborhood. It was someone from the HOA and they were there to inform them that they were being fined.
