All you have to do is pour equal parts of vinegar and water in a microwave-safe bowl. Place the bowl inside the microwave and set the timer to 7 minutes. The steam coming from the water and vinegar mixture as the bowl heats up will loosen any debris or gunk around the microwave. When the microwave cools down, all you have to do is just wipe it clean.
