One rock on Mars appears to look like a brachiosaurus

Aliens aren’t the only thing that some people wish they could encounter. Dinosaurs have been a source of interest for years, with fans of the creatures disappointed that they’ll never get to see them in the flesh. At least their bones reveal what these animals likely looked like, which is how we know this rock bears a resemblance to one.

In April 2021, NASA’s Perseverance rover captured this image of a rock that has a very similar shape to that of a brachiosaurus. Unfortunately, this offers no indication that dinosaurs actually roamed Mars as they did Earth. While dinosaurs may seem like aliens to some people, there’s nothing to suggest they were capable of planetary travel.
