Beauty has a price
This deer looks very pretty, right? This would definitely be a rare beauty in the forest. This deer is a piebald, meaning it has a recessive genetic trait that causes white fur to spread in white-tailed deer. In severe cases, the condition can cause dwarfism and twisted limbs.
This deer was abandoned by his mother once she noticed his condition would limit his chances of survival in the wild. Fortunately, the hunter who found him was entranced by his unique looks and gave him to Kent County Farm.
