Tide is a popular brand known worldwide but this particular laundry detergent is found to contain several toxic ingredients – some of which were not disclosed on the label. As a result, the EWG has cited it to be one of the most toxic liquid detergents on their list.

The known ingredients listed on the label include biodegradable surfactants and enzymes. However, the toxic chemicals on the list still pose health and environmental concerns and as a result, it was given an F rating from the EWG.
