Chile intends to strengthen its tech market. The Start-Up Chile government programme will give people between $25,000 and $100,000 and a one year visa to move there. However, applicants must start a tech business there.

In addition to funding, Start-Up Chile will also provide mentors, investors and training for entrepreneurs. They will also network start-ups with tech companies based in Chile. According to Overseas Exile, Start-Up Chile has improved Chile’s economy since it started, back in 2010.
