Niagara Falls is a city best known for its enormous waterfalls and its giving graduates an opportunity to experience this by offering to help with their student loans. If a graduate moves to one of the “targeted neighbourhoods”, they will receive up to $3,492 per year ($6,984 after two years) towards their student loans.

Applicants must sign up for the Downtown Housing Incentive Program. In order to qualify, you need to reside in one of the targeted neighbourhoods for at least two years. These neighbourhoods are within walking distance of Niagara Falls State Park.
