Adam, then 28, and his friends were seen relaxing on the beach and getting some R&R. Soon, the paparazzi started taking pictures of them. Things quickly went sour when Adam was accosted by a photographer.

Adam attacked the photographer after the photographer refused to listen to Adam’s requests for privacy. Although Adam was accused of battery by the photographer, Miami Police Department assured reporters that they would not press charges.
