The image of Keanu Reynolds running from paparazzi while carrying a stolen camera circulated the internet for years. The picture was shared thousands upon thousands on Twitter, Facebook and Imgur. Many fans found the picture surprising and outlandish. Fans can now breathe a sigh relief, as the photo has been removed.

Keanu, who holds the title of Hollywood’s nicest man, didn’t actually steal the camera from a paparazzi member and take it with him. Keanu was actually filming scenes in New York’s East Village for Generation Um 2012. Keanu’s character is seen stealing a camera from a basketball court, and making a run for it.
