Christopher Michael Pratt became famous when he played Andy Dwyer on the sitcom Parks and Recreation. He could have become a professional actor if he hadn’t gotten into acting. Pratt was an active high school student who participated in many sports, including football and track.

Pratt was fifth in the state wrestling contest his senior year in 1997. He decided to not pursue sports after high school and instead focused on his career. Pratt quit college after not being able to get anywhere. He was soon hired as a male stripper. He enjoyed his time and worked at private parties. 

Pratt worked odd jobs until he found what he wanted to do.  It’s possible he didn’t know that he would become a Hollywood star and just needed some money.
