1. Prince Philip Was Not Born On His Birthday

Prince Philip was born on the island of Corfu off the west coast of Greece in 1921. The family were at the summer retreat of the Greek royal family, Mon Repos, at the time. The villa had originally belonged to King George I of Greece.
